About Helix

Welcome! I’m Alyssa, the therapist behind Helix. I started a career in clinical massage therapy, in part, because I can never sit still—I love to move! My motto is “movement is medicine;” I wanted to help people move more freely and with less pain in their daily lives.

Injuries, inflammation, scar tissue, tight muscles, repetitive motion strains and even stress can all inhibit our natural range of motion and leave our bodies feeling stuck. I work with the the soft tissue structures of the body and the lymphatic system to free up those tricky stuck spots, aid in the healing and recovery of damaged tissue, and restore mobility in your muscles, joints and fascia while promoting immune and metabolic health.
